Facilities

Across two UK factories, Applelec's facilities include antistatic assembly rooms, an electrical research and testing department, production spaces and a large warehouse. Our facilities are fully solar powered with electricity required to run our production areas and offices generated by the panels.

The management of the Asta Linear® profile range has been designed around client flexibility. Within our warehouse the aluminium profiles are stored on racks with high stock volumes permanently available and ready for delivery. Made-to-measure profiles are cut and assembled to specification with LEDs pre-wired to create a lighting unit which is ready to install. In some instances, profiles must be installed before LEDs, diffuser and end caps can be fitted and here units are supplied in kit form with all components ready to be pieced together.

For Asta Linear® profiles that require dimming functionality or colour-changing sequences, Applelec's electricians offer programming and wiring support. For multi-unit installations, wiring is designed to deliver clean and tidy solutions utilising our unique Connectivity wiring system and power-boxes.
